These terms govern every order placed on https://cofactorsupply.com. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them first.

Orders

An order you place is an offer to buy. We accept it when we take payment and confirm the order on screen — that confirmation page, with your order number on it, is your receipt, so keep the number.

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example when an item is out of stock, when a price was listed in error, or when we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full and we do not charge you for the cancellation.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in USD and are the amount you are charged. The price you see at checkout is the price that is charged: totals are recalculated on our server at the moment of payment, never taken from your browser.

Card payments are processed by Whop. Your card details are entered directly into the processor's own secure fields — we never receive, see or store your full card number. Your card is charged when you place the order.

The charge appears on your statement as Whop* cofactor. If you do not recognise a charge from us, please write to us before contacting your bank — we can almost always identify the order faster than a dispute can.

Delivery and returns

Delivery times, rates and destinations are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy at https://cofactorsupply.com/shipping. What you may send back, by when, and how a refund is issued are set out in our Refund Policy at https://cofactorsupply.com/refunds. Both form part of these terms.

What we promise about the site

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but screens differ and colours and finishes vary a little from the photographs. Product information, availability and prices can change without notice.

About our products. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and no result is guaranteed — skin differs. Patch-test a new product, follow the directions on the label, and speak to a professional about a skin condition.

Using this site

Please do not use this site unlawfully, do not attempt to interfere with it or with other people's use of it, and do not place orders using someone else's payment details. The words, images and design on this site belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that governs that order.
