Cofactor Supply products are dietary supplements as defined by the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA). They are intended to supplement the diet of healthy adults.

They are not drugs, and they are not a replacement for a varied diet, adequate sleep, or medical care. A supplement is the smallest lever in the room. We would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.

Dietary supplements are not reviewed or approved by the FDA before they are sold. Every claim we publish is a structure/function claim — a statement about how a nutrient participates in normal bodily function.

• We say a nutrient supports, promotes, helps maintain, or contributes to a normal function
• We do not say any product treats, prevents, cures, reverses, or reduces the risk of any disease
• Every structure/function claim on this Site carries an asterisk pointing to the disclosure above
• Where we cite research, we characterise it honestly — including sample size, population, and whether the study was in humans

• You are buying for personal use, or for someone who meets these same conditions and has been shown these terms
• You have read the full ingredient list and any allergen statement on the product label
• You have considered your own health circumstances, and consulted a physician where section 4 applies to you
• Your purchase and use of Cofactor Supply products is lawful where you live, and you are responsible for checking that

Every Cofactor Supply lot is tested by an independent third-party laboratory, and the certificate for that lot is published. The lot code printed on your bottle resolves to the certificate for that lot — not to a representative sample, and not to a different batch.

A Certificate of Analysis reports what an accredited laboratory measured in a sample of that lot: identity, potency, and the contaminant panel we publish alongside it. It says nothing about whether a product is right for you, and it is not a safety guarantee, a medical endorsement, or an FDA approval.

Where a certificate is not yet published for a lot, we say so and show nothing in its place. We do not display a figure we cannot evidence.

Read the label before every purchase. Formulations and allergen statements can change between lots, and the label on the bottle in your hand is the authoritative version.

• Products are manufactured in facilities that may also process common allergens, including milk, soy, egg, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, wheat, and sesame
• Naturally sourced ingredients vary in colour, smell, and appearance between lots; this is normal and is not a defect
• Do not use a product if the tamper-evident seal is broken or missing
• Store as directed on the label; heat and humidity degrade some ingredients

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You assume responsibility for deciding whether a Cofactor Supply product is appropriate for you, and for using it as directed on the label
• Cofactor Supply, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, suppliers, and agents are not liable for use of our products contrary to the label, to this Disclaimer, or to the advice of your physician
• Cofactor Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the purchase, possession, or use of our products, regardless of the legal theory asserted
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cofactor Supply's total aggregate liability in connection with any product shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for that product
• Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cofactor Supply and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of this Disclaimer or your violation of any law or third-party right

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of Cofactor Supply products complies with the laws where you live. Rules governing dietary supplements, and which ingredients may be sold, vary by country and can change. Cofactor Supply may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including on the basis of the shipping destination.

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Cofactor Supply is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Cofactor Supply may update this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the Site or buy products after a change means you accept the revised terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
