Dietary supplements · Not medicines
Products sold by Cofactor Supply are dietary supplements. They are not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.
By using cofactorsupply.com ("the Site") or buying any product from Cofactor Supply ("COFACTOR," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the terms of this Supplement Use Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or buy from us.
Section 1
Cofactor Supply products are dietary supplements as defined by the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA). They are intended to supplement the diet of healthy adults.
They are not drugs, and they are not a replacement for a varied diet, adequate sleep, or medical care. A supplement is the smallest lever in the room. We would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.
Section 2
Required disclosure
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Dietary supplements are not reviewed or approved by the FDA before they are sold. Every claim we publish is a structure/function claim — a statement about how a nutrient participates in normal bodily function.
Section 3
Nothing on this Site is medical, nutritional, or professional advice.
Consult a qualified physician before you change anything about your health regimen.
Section 4
Do not use our products, or speak to your doctor before you do, if any of the following apply:
Stop taking the product and contact a healthcare provider if you experience an adverse reaction. Keep all supplements out of reach of children. Do not exceed the serving size printed on the label.
Section 5
By placing an order with Cofactor Supply, you confirm that:
Section 6
Every Cofactor Supply lot is tested by an independent third-party laboratory, and the certificate for that lot is published. The lot code printed on your bottle resolves to the certificate for that lot — not to a representative sample, and not to a different batch.
A Certificate of Analysis reports what an accredited laboratory measured in a sample of that lot: identity, potency, and the contaminant panel we publish alongside it. It says nothing about whether a product is right for you, and it is not a safety guarantee, a medical endorsement, or an FDA approval.
Where a certificate is not yet published for a lot, we say so and show nothing in its place. We do not display a figure we cannot evidence.
Section 7
Read the label before every purchase. Formulations and allergen statements can change between lots, and the label on the bottle in your hand is the authoritative version.
Section 8
You acknowledge and agree that:
Section 9
You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of Cofactor Supply products complies with the laws where you live. Rules governing dietary supplements, and which ingredients may be sold, vary by country and can change. Cofactor Supply may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including on the basis of the shipping destination.
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Cofactor Supply is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Section 10
Cofactor Supply may update this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the Site or buy products after a change means you accept the revised terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
